Healthy cleaning for your space and mind.

This is not the first book I have found on ADHD habits. It is likely the most important one.

If you have ADHD this is a very positive direction for you. There is a lot of general ADHD info but the best of the book is its useful focus. Accept yourself, chunk your tasks, and figure out why you need a clean home. I was impressed.
