Not a book I'd recommend
In my opinion this book is nothing more than a rundown of information freely available anywhere on the web. only the last few chapters touch on diet and then only very lightly. this book may be of some benefit to you if you absolutely know nothing about the topic. instead of wasting credits or money on this book I would recommend you read books by Dr. Edward M. "Ned" Hallowell on the subject.
