Nuggets of Advice & Insight
Short chapters arranged alphabetically. I have both the physical and audible book versions.
The physical version is read out of order and heavily bookdarted. I listen to the audible version sequentially in short bursts. If there were a picture book version of this book I’d likely colour it in.
This is not theory, or clinical description, it is lived experience coupled with a great deal of reading absorbed and condensed into little nuggets of gold.
The authors voice is lively, varied, and conversational — like having a chat with a friend.
