Love it
As someone who is a huge fan of metrics, DevOps and achieving my tech goals, this book scratches the right itches. Nicole reading it is even better, she's funny and animated, making this highly technical book more accessible. If you want to learn how high functioning organizations do it, read this book.

Eyes opening research results about IT industry
This book an incredible overview of a well thought research about the IT industry.
