Good guide to looking at yourself with love and humor and a few swear words lol!

Exactly what every body needs
Sometime Truth and words of WISDOM has to be brutal and frankly said as the words come out for them to be taking seriously. This book is exactly what i needed and how it was said as well! Thanks Adam for this and for giving me a new idea of what give to people i love that are struggling in life for their anniversary or any occasion actually. Simply and deaply thank you 🙏🤘❤️
P.S: Definitly recommand this book to listen and to buy (paper version) which i will do shortly 😁

Dreadful.
This won’t improve your life. If you have issues and traumas, address those. Another example of how the majority of self help won’t actually create much change in Your life.
