About this listen
Can a popular bartender win over a strong single mom? From New York Times best-selling author J. Sterling comes a thrilling new stand-alone romance you won’t want to miss.
Everyone knows who the Fisher brothers are: the hottest single bartenders this side of the Santa Monica Pier. Which is exactly why when I run into Ryan Fisher one day at the beach, I intend to steer clear of him and his sexy, playboy ways.
I’ve heard the rumors. I know his type. I’ve seen him in action. And I’m not interested.
But Ryan has other ideas. He’s convinced that I have him all wrong. But I don’t have the luxury of making mistakes when it comes to men. Not anymore. Being a single mom does that to a woman.
There’s only room in my life for one boy, and his name isn’t Ryan. So why won’t he go away and leave me alone already?

I can’t quite pinpoint it
I really WANT to like these stories. But they are okay. I want to be able to say they are amazing. But I find them to slow, with too much repetition.

This book I found too long and boring. It started out okay but after a while I found it to be too much the same all over again

Hit hard but lacking
This one hit home pretty hard. Sophia's thoughts and beliefs in men and relatioships mirror my own. Sophie's actions and choices were ugly! Meeting Ryan made her the luckiest woman. Not everything is as it seems, he was her beautiful surprise.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the final book. Usually, the final book or even as the books progress the stories get better and better but book 1 (Nick & Jess) was the best of the series. I can't be sure ifit was the poor exacting of the narrators or the story.
Meg Sylvan and Oliver Clarke were so monotone, lackluster and devoid of emotion, definitely didn't do anything for this read.

Another three thumbs up.
Good bye pants.
This next book in this series is also just as good as the other two.
Always. Lack of communication and jumping to conclusions always gets us into trouble. You’d think we’d learn.
Either way. These two narrators were good as well, first time listening to them.
Excellent conclusion to this series. Kind of wish it would not have ended.

Love
All her books are so good! I love that she has 3 books that have related characters, but you could read them in any order! I think I enjoyed this one the most out of the 3. it was really good and different from the other ones. very engaging and interesting!

Ace 👌🏾⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
No words to accurately describe how much I enjoyed this book. Meg Sylvan have life the Sofia’s characters, accurately portrayed the emotions you can’t but get into the plot. Same goes for Oliver Clarke. The plot itself was stellar. I would give 10 stars if I could . Best book in the series by far!!!

Nice premise, execution is bad.
It is wayyyy too long, and wayyy too repetitive. Every point takes forever to be communicated.

better than the others
this last book of this series is better than the others.
the 2 first was a challenge to get through.. Even tho I struggled with the 2 first ones , I was committed to finishing them all.. this last one surprised me, it was not bad.
