Not very much new info for someone already on a diet and researching their health. Anything new was very long winded and you had to sit through hours of babble. The only good parts for me were things like going through the different hormones and their roles, and the recommended testing at the end when you realize you are far beyond what this book recommends. I appreciate the info is true and honest though, many people won't talk about iron toxicity or the need to focus on eating organ meats because it is unpopular.
