Helpful and realistic view of PAS

I really enjoyed this book. I found it informative and engaging. I really liked the real life examples provided from the interviews. It helped me to think about the ways in which this is potentially occurring in my situation. I left with concrete strategies to try and a realistic expectation of potential outcomes.
