Good wisdom with a pinch of jesus
I was looking for a book like this for all the things that never got passed down or maybe never were common knowledge in the family. there are some very simple but great ideas in here and it was a great listen. I would even consider buying the book or lending it out to young people I know around the college age.
There are references to other people and ideas like those from Dave Ramsey who just has very straightforward wisdom with money; the authors and Dave both have religion in common. I don't mind the amount and it the ways it was brought up though was raised religious and am likely easier to please than most.
All in all, a good read or listen for people needing wisdom on most of the things that were not covered in high school.
