Waste of a Credit - don’t purchase!
This book held very little value. If your looking for short & sweet with not a lot of meat this is your book. There was very little content! And each point was more like how you can better support them or not agitate them rather than finding ways to cope. Yeah, writing a journal - fine.... one good point out of all of them. Sorry, there’s lots of better info out there than this. I was hoping for help and guidance - I’ll continue to search for it.
