Yeah she's endured a lot but don't be stupid

I know there is a lot going on and she went through a lot, but I feel like I've lost the level-headed Kenzie from book one. She mouths off way too much! Instead of reassessing the situation she's and considering it, she just closed-mindedly bulldozes over things with her attitude. I know she's having a hard time but ... seriously, "hold your tongue". I like the overall plot so I'll still rate the story well.
