Horrible read,kept pushing fast forward

I had 2 hours left and gave up. You only need the download to see the restrictive food plan. No need to even listen to the book. on and on saying the same thing, preparing you a week ahead, full of people saying how much weight they have lost - 4 lbs? 20 lbs? nothing major and nobody says if they lost it in a week or a year. do not waste your time and money.

Not worth reading

I didn’t get what I hoped I would out of this book. I would not recommend ~ very disappointing
