Everyone would benefit from seeing further into the future, whether buying stocks, crafting policy, launching a new product, or simply planning the week's meals. Unfortunately, people tend to be terrible forecasters. As Wharton professor Philip Tetlock showed in a landmark 2005 study, even experts' predictions are only slightly better than chance. However, an important and underreported conclusion of that study was that some experts do have real foresight.

Highly relevant and useful
This is a great tool for interview prep I particularly liked the simplicity in which the PEN and STAR methods are presented. One subject I wish that was covered, was what to do if you’re stuck on a question or find yourself stumbling. Otherwise, I would recommend this book.

if you're struggling with interviews - buy this!
I bought this book after failing several interviews. I realized that I had not been adequately prepared and decided to try this out. Using this book, I learned several frameworks that I had not even thought of. I ended up getting an interview for an amazing opportunity, and leveraged this book to prepare. I received rave reviews on how I performed in the interview.. I find out Monday
if I get the job, but either way I know I earned my interviewers respect using the methods I found in this book. If you going for an interview, but this book and use it to prepare. It's amazing!
