enjoyed the narration, but the book is one of my favourites.
Nalini Singh is a master world builder and wordsmith i will read forever!!

Very interesting, love the dynamic relationships and plot
I can definitely see what Sarah j Maas likes these books. You can see where she was inspired for her own series. Definitely worth a read if you liked crescent city

Fun Paranormal Romance
A paranormal romance full of adventure, ANGEL’S BLOOD is the first book in a long-running series that follows vampire hunter Elena Devereaux as she takes on a dangerous case, as ordered by the sexy and ruthless archangel Raphael.
Elena is a fun, sassy character who does not want to be pushed around and has no qualms about speaking her mind. She was likeable, even if I didn’t quite agree with some of her choices. Raphael is as deadly with his enemies as he is smitten with Elena. I thought their romance moved a little quickly, though the banter was pretty fun.
Most of the world-building served the plot, as required, though I would have liked a little more depth. The actual plot got fairly gruesome at some points, which somewhat jarred with the tone.
As surprising as the ending was, I thought it came a little out of left-field and wasn’t given the weight it needed. That could be something explored in future books, and this one is fun enough for me to read more of the series.

Holy cow this book was crazy good
I’m absolutely shocked how much I feel deep into this world with such vivid descriptions of the characters you feel like you can truly see them. The story just sucked me right in!
The romance, the action & adventure, this book had it all! I can’t wait to start the next book!

Yuk
I am so disappointed. Loved the sound of the book. Didn't expect a book about angels and a vampire hunter would have every other word be about sex. I made the mistake of downloading all books by this author. Will now have to go in and remove all of them.

Missing something
This book was OK. There was too little depth to the characters for me. I expected more based on some reviews. This is not a series that I will continue with.

I tried to listen to it, but I couldn't. It is like a porno book with some action and the language that brings you in the world of prostitution. There is no way to listen to something like this.
