This is more than just surface-level advice. It's about transformative inner work, focusing on self-improvement, self-analysis, and reflection. Compared to many resources, this book doesn't offer quick fixes. It emphasizes and shines the light on foundational work that can lead to lasting harmony, understanding, and peace within your family.
"But does the author truly understand what I'm going through?"
Absolutely. This book is written with empathy for the struggles parents face. I've experienced firsthand the drama, arguments, and chaos that can consume a family. My experience inspired me to break free from generational patterns and learn from my parent's mistakes, and I am now sharing these insights with you.
"Will this work for me?"
Yes. Even if you feel like you're at your wit's end, this book can provide the tools and techniques to master your anger and transform your life.

Feels like an AI written book.
This book gives a lot of vague advice and doesn’t feel very personal at all. Just lists of platitudes and common sense advice without any scientific references to psychology etc.. It feels very AI written to me. And asking for a review part way through your book is very tacky.
