I really enjoyed this book much more than I thought I would I liked how descriptive everything was I could picture the story in my head

This was a fun read.

It did get a little frustrating toward the end, since I felt one character was doing a lot more apologizing than he should have, but the characters were fleshed out and largely very likeable.

The narrator was pleasant and professional.

Loved this one. Have read so many Annabeth Series (Out of Uniform, Rainbow Cove, Hotshots). She never disappoints!

The theme here is “opposites attract.” River & Grif could not be more different. But sparks fly and a connection is undeniable.

I am in a similar relationship myself. As an extrovert, I finally learned the most interesting person in the room is the quietest one. River gets that finally himself and we get a great HEA. Looking forward to catching up on these guys in Toby’s story next book in the series!

I got this when it was on sale for under $2 and I liked a few others that I read by Annabeth Albert so even though I hadn't read this one prior to the audio I figured for that price worth the risk.
