Helped reset my faith and hope for Cda’s future.
What an extraordinary series. 2023 in Canada is so much like these ancient times! There truly isn’t “anything new under the sun”. Pedophila, bloodlust, and worship of false gods abound, but still, a remnant move His kingdom forward.
Thank you Francine Rivers for such inspirational writing! I really needed this to put into perspective the loss of rights we’re going thru in Canada for standing for truth, God, and freedom of speech/worship/bodily autonomy.

Powerful
As with the other 2 books before this final one in the Mark of the Lion series, l have enjoyed the narrator's voice. He brings a lot of richness to the characters. I have found all 3 books to have a lot of sadness and joy, losses and triumphs. Like with any born again Christian's journey, it is an act of daily dying to self that Christ may reign in us. Thus lived Hadassah, Risper and Theo, and it was not in vain. I am encouraged, challenged and very blessed by this series and l can't wait to read more Francine Rivers books!

Great series
I’ve always enjoyed historical fiction and I really enjoyed this one that was set in Bible times. I feel like this is one of Francine Rivers better works. Very glad they decided to do an audio version of it as I don’t get to sit and read much these days. I also feel the narrator was very well chosen. Thank you for a great read.

such great faithfulness
I love the deep love and emotion involved with their faith in these books... the hopelessness, the fear, the depth of love and faithfulness when they find Christ. it's truly a beautiful series
Unfortunately it has too much sex and violence so I can't recommend it to everyone, but it's one I want to buy and tell everyone to read! it's soo good. I've gone through the series twice now.
I think I also appreciate the extra historical accuracy though because although it means I can't recommend to the softer folks, it's one of the few I can recommend to like a little heavier.
