outstandingly fascinating

Excellent in depth explanation of astral plane, it's beings, what it's like to be there, as well as related information on chakra centers and colour healing. Plenty of exercises for astral travel and astral "tasks" such as finding astral lover, reading akashic records, time travel and prophecy telling.
