Romance so real it hurts

I fell in love with this series shortly after this book was originally released. Ms Cimms storytelling balances between gritty realism and an other worldly romantic haze. It's really hard to explain to the uninitiated, but it's wonderful to experience. The narrator has brilliantly captured the dichotomy of the story's mood; as well as adding character nuances to individual male and female characters. It's really a terrific performance . I have long wished for an audiobook of this story, and this one was worth the wait!
