Great approach
I love this approach. I wish I knew about it with my older kids. I love that the author is a mother herself and I could relate to her. I found the books straight to the point and incredibly helpful.

I recommend these books to all the parents who think sleeping is a long forgotten dream. It works and I’m confident potty training with attachment will be much better too!

It really is a sleep solution
I couldn’t believe how easily I absorbed all that information. There is a lot and somehow I remembered it all and it was easy to implement because I knew why I was doing it. She knows how to talk to tired parents.

It’s possible
These books just make sense and make it possible to achieve results with sleeping and potty training that I thought had to be such hard work. I started with the sleep training and after seeing such great results I started gentle potty training at home. I love the meditations. A great bonus

Trust yourself
I could listen to the mom to mom section over and over again. Understanding that I need to trust my gut and all children are different are the biggest takeaways from these books.

Good books
Lots of easy to apply guidance for potty training. We had a terrible time trying with my first and I knew we needed a different approach. This is great. I’m ready to tackle their sleep next.

great approach
I was looking for a potty training book because I was so petrified of taking off the diaper. I was led to believe by my friends that it was a horrible experience but you just need to stay home and get through it. I loved the attachment approach that was gradual and took away all the fear from me. I could be a calm mother and discuss with my child what we were doing. It’s going great so far. We are also using the sleep training book which I didn’t even think we needed but after a few tweaks and we are all sleeping so much more. I didn’t even realise we needed help. Buy these books if you want a much easier, more connected approach to sleep and potty training.

we did it and so can you
Since listening to these books with my husband, we have taken all the advice on board. We have two and half year old twins and a 6 month old baby. We were drowning in lack of sleep and scared to death of potty training. The 4 steps made so much sense to both of us and we found we had better results when my husband put the baby to sleep and I put the twins to sleep. I would never have dreamed of not nursing to sleep before this book. And now the twins have special mommy story time. This means the world to me. We have also started at home potty training and it’s going well. If it worked for my family it will work for yours!

learning by doing
I had no idea how important sleep schedules were and how much sleep babies really need. I didn’t know about all the strange things that kids think when they need to start learning about using the toilet. I have all this new information and I feel like I heard it all from my friendly aunt. Wonderful books and a pleasure to listen to.
