very bad reading of a beautiful story

Unfortunately the readers voice is filled with such strong fluctuations that it makes it incredibly hard to follow the story and understand what he is reading. He also mumbles. Impossible to listen to in the car with my son while driving on a road trip. Hoping for a refund
