About this listen
It should have been a one-night stand.
I never intended to seduce Taushen, but things happened. I don't dwell on the past and while it was great, I'm not looking for a relationship. Of course, try telling that to Taushen. The big blue alien's in love after one night, and it's making things darn awkward. We've got bigger problems than whether or not I'm his woman, like the "cargo" of the spaceship that landed here.
But Taushen's not giving up. He thinks I'm his mate.
And he'll do anything to keep me.
Contains mature themes.

I liked it more then the last one but this one was still a little slow
The spice starts right away in this book which is great, but it’s kinda without the consent of the two people because a substance was used to make it happen.
That can be triggering for some people to read. They do talk about it when they are freed it’s resolved well.
But at the end of the day it another story if a blue alien that steals away a human girl in hopes that they will become mates… this storyline has been done to much.
Yes there’s some twists & turns and even some great jokes that make you laugh, but I couldn’t help but feel a little bored as it’s all been done before.
The ending was very interesting though so I will definitely be moving onto the next book!

Fun and sexy
4 Blue Roses
4 Blue Flames
Dual narrators Hollie Jackson and Mason Lloyd is the perfect recipe for Ruby Dixon books.
I love Mason Lloyd, he has such a unique delivery for the blue alien men. I can not think that these aliens would sound so sexy, funny and kind hearted. O' do not forget innocent! with another narrator.
Hollie has a comedic delivery. Listening to the blue barbarians always bring a smile to my face, no matter how gloomy the day may be.
The Ice Planet is getting overpopulated and all the other Ice Planet spin offs are starting to come together. It's getting interesting, because its actually one big happy alien family.
I do recommend this audiobook, it was funny, sexy and endearing.
Happy Listening

too many contradictions!
I've been really obsessed with this series, and enjoying up until this and the last book.. so many contradictions it's ridiculous! She makes it very clear to the alien Barbarian that she strictly only wants to be friends.. and then she gets all butt hurt that he's not paying attention to her sexual advances?? I agree with the other reviews, very toxic character which made the story unenjoyable. Thank the Gods for the qui that fixes everything *eyeroll*

Unfortunately my least favourite of the series
Some real toxic shit and some stuff that made this feel icky. The author tries to make you feel bad for the guy but it gives off incel vibes, it’s not great. I enjoy the rest of this series and it’s my favourite trash binge read but this book was not it honestly

Least Favourite So Far
The driving force behind this entire book is bad communication and both main characters have some toxic traits. Not a fan of this one.

started ok...then it got bad and then worse.
I couldn't finish it. This Brooke girl is so immature and toxic. has to be my least favorite book from the author.
