Surprisingly excellent
I picked up this book during one of audibles sales and figure it would be a “light motivational” read, I was wrong! This book was filled with practical advice and as someone who’s read a lot in this space, a surprising amount of new material/ideas. I will say it is quite diet-focused but many of the ideas have applicability beyond dieting. I may give this another listen, I am impressed.

Worth it!
This book contains practical advice that has helped to change my mindset on my self-care routine and body image. I appreciate that the author was relatable and well-spoken. I’ll definitely read this again in the future!
