Inspiring and Down to Earth
This is an inspiring book. More relevant though, is it's description of the down to earth detailed grit required to make it in this industry.

Great resource
Great audiobook, so glad this was recommended to me. I highly encourage everyone beginning this stage of their life listen to this.

No nonsense advise
If your curious about becoming a mortgage broker, there’s probably not a better investment than this book and the time to read or listen to it.
Mr. Woodhouse doesn’t mince words, and promises 80 hour work weeks for a couple years to build a successful mortgage brokering business.
Very refreshing for someone to write a book with such a bold title, that actually contains sound business advice.
I’m more excited for my journey of “becoming the expert” on mortgages than before reading this book due to the author’s passion and descriptions of a career full of creative problem solving needed with the reward of said work being happy clients. Thanks Dustan!

Read this BOOK!
I have this book in paper and audio! It’s one of my favourites! And I have read a lot of books on business. I have been a Realtor for 24 years and am revamping my business after reading and listening to Them! Absolutely amazing! This is a must read for any Realtor!
