Simply the most comprehensive book on brokering
When I purchased the book on Audible, I honestly didn’t believe that it would teach me anything I didn’t already know. Well, I was wrong. Very wrong. I recommend any new or seasoned broker to read these books. All 3 of them. You don’t have to re-invent the wheel. Just follow Dustan’s system and procedures all the way from acquiring clients to knots and bolts of underwriting the file all the way to completion.
Thank you Dustan for teaching us the best practices when it comes to brokering.

Incredibly Valuable
There was so much value in this third volume that I found myself pausing every few seconds to write down a script, a thought, an inspirational quote, etc. It was fantastic. I can't wait to take the bones of what Dustan has provided me as a new Broker, and apply that in my own style and personality. I feel I can learn from his experience, getting me further in my career, more quickly than if I had never read this series.

Best book for brokers
This book is by far the best book for new brokers as well as for seasoned brokers. Dustan lays down the path in detail and with real examples and scripts of how to get to File Complete. I get new nuggets of wisdom every time I listen to this book. A must have for all Canadian Mortgage Professionals.

A vital read for new mortgage agents
This was an awesome book with tons of insight and advice on how to be a great mortgage broker. There is a lot to learn in this business and at times it can seem overly complicated, but this book lays out a clear path of understanding. Definitely recommend!
