A series of meditation excercises

The audible consists mainly of a series of meditation exercises to practice daily or in specific situations when you have more time. Each course is separated by chapter with a brief explanation of when and where to use them, to make it easy for you to just listen to the audible chapter you need at that specific time. The only thing is that the chapters themselves have no titles in audible so you need to create bookmarks to know which soundtrack your listening to. But the rest is very nicely organized and ready to pop on and go. Ideal for people who just want to put the hynpobirthing into practice right away.
