About this listen
Is bedtime often a nightmare in your household?
Do you want to give your restless toddler the gift of relaxation and deep sleep?
Meditation can help young children process their emotions and worries, release pent-up energy and feel soothed and comfortable at night. With practice and consistency, sleep meditation will surely create a more simple and joyful routine for your child and family.
Designed to help kids chill out and drift off to sleep, bedtime meditation helps to bring on the "alpha" brain waves (akin to daydreaming or napping lightly) that occur prior to deeper phases of sleep. Especially at bedtime, children have a fundamental need to feel safe, cozy, and happy. The key with any meditation practice for toddlers is to create a warm, loving space.
Each of the three sleep training meditation stories for young kids is at least 20 minutes long. Customize the experience to your child’s preference by choosing from three relaxing background music options.
By listening to Bedtime Meditation for Toddlers: Book 1, your little one can:
- Fall asleep in 20 minutes
- Develop lifelong mindfulness skills
- Learn core emotional regulation skills
- Reduce impulsivity, stress and anxiety
- Learn how to breathe properly
- Improve their concentration and focus
- And much more!
Even for young children who are brand new to mindfulness, this book can help create a life-enriching practice that provides deep relaxation and higher quality sleep.

Disappointing
There are several "Chapters"/tracks so you would expect to get a new story for each one but there are only 3 stories: one about honey bees, one about 3 eggs and one about a turtle, and then the next 3 chapters are simply repeats of the first three stories/chapters.
I am truly disappointed that I wasted a credit giving this audio book a chance. The sample sounded promising as she reads well, but the first two stories were boring and the turtle one was ok, but I don't recommend.
