About this listen
Byron is tall, handsome, well-spoken, wealthy, and has outstanding taste in wine and food. You’ll be impressed by his impeccable attire and eloquence in conversation, ranging from Baroque art to the newest advances in pharmacology. With his charming smile and elegant manners, Byron truly is the perfect date...and who doesn’t love a man who appreciates opera?
What’s the catch, you ask?
Just this: If Byron finds you suitable, he will subject you to utterly depraved forms of torture.
No, I’m not talking about S&M.
Byron will mutilate, rape, and then kill you. Don’t think that you will survive the encounter, because you won’t.
He has a perfect record.
Intrigued? Would you like me to arrange a rendezvous? It has to be in the next few days because he’s leaving on a trip south to much warmer climes, and his calendar will be completely full.
Yes? Very good. I will make a reservation for two under the name of Smith.
Who am I? I’m Gloria, his personal assistant.

Holy Dark Hotness!
Hear ye-hear ye!
Bring a torch, nothing weaker than a Maglite and enter at your own risk. Let all the motherfuckers know from now on, this is what we call liberal. This is a whole new measuring stick on its own. It is so perfectly, sickly dark the narrator used a pseudo name to read this extraordinary LIBERAL dark fantasy. If I ever read another review saying it’s a “little liberal” I will spontaneously combust. Please listen to this and update yourself on the subjectivity of liberalism.
So yes, 3 weeks in on weaning the psych meds, and the symptoms are probably starting to show. I am so fucking impressionable right now, you can call me Play-doh. “Play-doh, do you want to be a copycat killer like the protagonist?” “Sure, where’s the lube and the scalpel? “
I swear this author has the ability to make a four-hour audiobook feel like an eternity. I LOVE IT! Talk about more bounce for your ounce and soda for your coke or ching for your bling. This shit was awesome! From page one, narrator *wink-wink* Ian Walker sliced the delivery with class and precision, we should call him Killer. Because he just fucking killed it! Or is it nailed it? “Killer do you want to narrate an audiobook about a psychopath who fucks like Devil?” “Sure, let me just change my name.” (Ps, I’m just joking, lots of narrators have different names for different genres)
Not going to say more. “Play-doh you are elaborating too much.” “I know, should I check Amazon for a surgical table, pliers and sutures?” *wink-wink*
I absolutely recommend this audiobook. Listeners, If you like something different, dark and very very hot! Go for it!
