A great guide
I have been in sales for years but now I am playing at a much higher level than I am used to. This book gives you a full list of do-this-not-that rules for anyone in an account manager/business development role.
If I could print out each chapter and summarize it to point form, I would leave it in front of my desk as a reference and reminder of what it takes to be better than just good enough.
