Great read for beginner and experienced meditators
I have had a regular meditation practice for over a year, but have always struggled with what to focus on, what technique to use, etc. Light’s EASY meditation technique is simple, straight-forward and resonates well with the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy I have trained in as a psychiatrist. I am already seeing positive results in my daily life after only a few weeks of using this technique. I have been recommending this book to friends, colleagues and patients and would highly recommend to anyone looks to begin or refine a meditation practice.
