Shawn Crowley was just a teenage boy when he and his Pa went to buy cattle. What was supposed to be a routine trip becomes a life changing experience. They return home to find their family slaughtered.
In the midst of their mourning the recently deceased rose as vampires. After a confusing and heartwrenching fight they defeat the vampires. But Shawn's father is mortally wounded.
