Body doesn't lie
The Author's statement is very true. Body doesn't lie.
People involved in the negotiations not necessarily be a body language expert, while if anyone has a good grip on the body language, he/she will have an upper hand on any negotiation, for sure.
When I recollect the negotiations with the car dealerships I realize that how bad I was in negotiations.
It is a must read book, it will be very useful for successful negotiations with any agent at anytime.
