THE book that is leading to my recovery

I have tried many approaches, this is the one for me. Why?

It's PRACTICAL, ie you apply it in daily life. How?

It helps you transform what you focus on, how you react to things including symptoms, gives you confidence in your recovery based on facts and science, helps you identify skills you didn't realize you already had and then use them in situations that trigger symptoms, learn how important it is to create safety and what that actually means in different life situations, learn to reframe symptoms and not identify with them or fear them, and finally, to create a new way of being and living that will naturally lead to full recovery because thats what the body will do when you implement these practical strategies.

This has been an absolutely transformational journey for me. I now know I will fully recover as I'm well on my way and doing so much better.
