Page turner!
I got through this book really fast. I felt as if the author was talking to me personally.

Just what I needed to hear
Love it! Food is for fuel not always for pleasure. Overeating is sinful and our bodies are meant to be God’s temple. Very enlightening

Unhelpful
Did not realize this book was just toting religion and a plant-based diet and discussing the personal experience of a minister and his wife of their lives pre- and post-diet changes. If you aren’t religious, belong to a different religion, and don’t follow a plant-based diet, you’ll find this book very niche and difficult to relate to. I couldn’t even get through it.
