Gabrielle Bernstein is seriously the best.

I've loved her work for 5ish years, and her voice is so soothing. There's a meditation or two in her books/audiobooks, but I was looking for something specifically to fall asleep to. What's so great about this particular one is that I'd even send it to friends or family who aren't as into all things spiritual. It's more like brain yoga, you just lay down, get into a comfortable position, and follow the breathing and mental practice. I just melted into a deep sleep towards the end, or shortly after. (and I'm a very troubled sleeper!)
