About this listen
As bloodthirsty predators roam the frozen landscape, two unlikely heroes face an even deadlier foe, in the gritty conclusion to this werewolf horror series.
Douglas Kirk is having a bad week. Not only are humans hunting him, but whole packs of werewolves have been commanded to kill him on sight, forcing him to flee Halifax without identification, money, weapons, even his phone.
If he wants to survive, he’ll have to evade the killers on his trail, travel across the country to confront the elusive elders, and learn the truth behind the order that made him what he is. All he has to do is control his insatiable hunger for wereflesh just a little longer....
Breeds 3 is the third book in a trilogy of terror sure to please fans of Robert R. McCammon, Maggie Stiefvater, and Chase Novak.

Excellent
Another great story by K. C. B I figured I had predicted the outcome and was pleasantly surprised the last chapter had me in utter suspense all in all I loved it I'd recommend to any one who enjoys a good fiction novel.

Ain't no Mountain Man, but good listening.
This is a compelling series that features interesting characters, a fast-paced story line, lots of action, the anticipated gore here and there, and a chuckle now and then. Keith C. Blackmore is a fine writer who, in the Breed trilogy, keeps his readers/listeners captivated by his provocative take on the werewolf theme. Having said that, my favorite Blackmore opus remains Mountain Man and although it isn't fair to make a comparison, the Breed series is great... but the Mountain Man series is fabulous. As a matter of fact, Mr. Blackmore's nod to Jack Daniels and ball-scratching in the Breed trilogy made me pine for good ol' Gus. In any event, I recommend this series especially since it is enhanced by Sean Runnette's excellent narration.
