very enjoyable book
It was a very enjoyable book; however, at the beginning it seemed to be very new characters and you wondered if it was going to be the same series or if the author was just going off on her own. In the end, it turned out to be a wonderful book.

Pretty boring - like a over long filler novella
Its really disappointing that this is the last book available and turned out to be the most boring. To me this is an empty filler book that should have been a novella. There was bot enough of a story for 8 hours and as other mentioned there was more overly long soft porn sex scenes to make the book longer or to compensate for the lack of interesting storyline.
Based on the dates of release I listened to the Lasaran and that book ended with a bonus chapter for the second book in that spin off series which is Ilian's stories. Based on the amount of times Iliana is mentioned in this book its so obvious this is just a filler until her story/book is released. So not only did the bonus chapter at the end of the Lasaran book feel like it ended on a cliffhanger I just wasted another a a pointless 8hr book that left me wanting to read Iliana's story which who knows when that will be released. So just a warning in opinion that this book is a waste of credit if you are looking for a full story that warranted 8hrs. If you want an overly long novella with lots of sex, go for it.
