Bruce protects The Mistress from evildoers and becomes a decorated war hero (WWI) before returning to The Home Place for a leisurely retirement amid the lovely trees and lakes.

Good Story Not Great Reader

The reader’s “voices” were terrible. The “accents” were so awful she could not be understood. I missed a lot of the dialogue because the words were unintelligible.
