Anyone that has been in a toxic relationship can relate with this story and understand what's written. Sadly you have thousands of women than can support you and back you up, I said sadly because we shouldn't be that many.

I Couldn't stop listening...I'm gonna give it another go because Melanie's story is so amazing. She's so strong and I admire her for getting through this.

I didn't really follow the Spice Girls in the 90s but I got to know Mel B from watching AGT. Then all the tabloids about her being abused and I recall thinking "she seems to together". This book came up as a Deal of the Day and I figured I give it a shot.

It's amazing what a work ethic can do for you. What happened in front of cameras vs behind her closed doors is nothing short of amazing how she made it through with a sound mind.

I finished this book with a great deal of respect for Mel B and admire her strength to (Girl) Power on. Would recommend.
