Great book

This is one of the few resources out there that provides both good advice and an effective plan. With all the “quick fix” junk out there, this is the book that finally gives you a great lifestyle plan that isn’t hype. If you want to live healthy and be fit the right way, but this book.

Informative not dry interesting and useful

This was a great book. You get to learn a lot. It was super detailed oriented and everything you want to know about Boyd building or health and exercise in general is in this book. The narrator was amazing because Tom did it himself. It’s on repeat. Great recommend by my friend Hoon Kang

my number 1 tool for my body transformation!

honestly a necessity too anyone who wants too achieve an amazing body. tom doesn't mess around. he gives you the facts no BS. everyone needs too understand the science behind it all and Tom Venuto does an amazing job explaining it! I can't wait too listen too this book again too keep expanding my knowledge and get the body i want.

This information in this audiobook is invaluable!! A no nonsense approach to nutrition and exercise that is relevant year after year!! Highly recommend!!

best diet/exercise book on the market

if you only read one book on fitness this would be the one I'd recommend. I have made noticeable and lasting progress following its advice

To the point!

There’s nothing that will blow your mind away in this book. With that being said, it is a book that doesn’t beat around the bush and gets to the point. I enjoyed listening to it and will recommend this book to anyone just getting started in their fitness journey and wants to the basics of how to tie in nutrition with exercise.

Utterly valuable advise

I have read a few books on that subject, losing weight and exercise, but this one is certainly my favourite. The way the info is given, the rationale explained and approaches are discussed is just fantastic.
You will learn that losing weight is actually real simple, it just can be really hard to do. And the boom explains why many people find it hard. This book here and Next Level Metabolism will give anyone solid advise and the tools needed to drop that fat - the healthy drug free approach.
