Publisher's Summary

"A man is going to treat you how you treat yourself. So please, for the love of God, act like a queen."

I was expecting a ring on my thirtieth birthday. What I didn't see coming was my boyfriend and business partner dumping me because he couldn't bear the idea of our bland sex life for the rest of our lives.

When an opportunity arises to spend my summer in Las Vegas, I stumble upon my hot new neighbor and his photography studio. We strike a simple deal.

He's the teacher, and I'm his student. My lesson is learning to love the body I have. In exchange, I'm going to save his business. I have exactly one summer to unearth the most confident version of myself before I go home and return to reality.

But after a passion-fueled summer, I'm not sure of who I am anymore, and it's clear that the worst heartbreak of my life might still be yet to come.

Camera Shy is a spicy contemporary, bedroom lessons, neighbors-to-lovers standalone romance that ends in a happily ever after. Intended for mature listeners.

The story line!

I loved the voices of the narrators, the fact that this love story also teaches us to love ourselves before anything.. the spicy scenes were a bonus ❤️

Curvy Confidence and Spicy

Obsessed is an understatement for this book. As a fellow curvy woman, it was so refreshing to find a character I could relate to. Watching Avery find herself was an honour. Will 100% reread.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

As a former curvy girl, I could feel all of what Avery was going through. A boyfriend that didn’t cherish her , a best friend that undid all the good she did and a total feeling of loss and shame.

What came from this set up was beautiful.

Now. I need more of Lennox. Hell, I’ll even take a Cass book just leave Avery and Finn out of it.

Missed the mark.

I started out really enjoying this book.
I loved the narration both male and female.
The story was cute and I liked it over all but it just dragged out and felt repetitive.
I felt that it should have been more condensed.
Almost every spicy scene was also basically a therapy session and that really took me out of the moment.
As a full figured women I was excited about this type of story line and I can empathize with the FMC’s insecurities and trauma but it got really annoying the amount of constant reassurance and validation the FMC needed.
Every female character in the entire story, minus Lennox, was honestly awful.
Finn Harvey, MMC, on the other hand. Give me more of this guy!
