Good research. Delivery is okay.
The research is good and interesting. The narrator's voice is good, but the pace is an iota too fast for the amount of detail in each paragraph. The quality of the recording is good. I enjoyed the story.
I have some misgivings: 1) The text needs professional editing. It's okay, but it definitely needs polishing, and the problems reduce the listener's pleasure and easy absorption of the information. 2) The narrator does not seem to be a native English speaker, and though he is quite good, he needed to practice his pronunciation of many English words and all the French and Indian names and places. The incorrect pronunciation of common words and well-known names and places is distracting and sometimes confusing. It's unfortunate, because the narrator's voice is pleasant to listen to. A little extra practice before recording would have benefitted this audiobook a lot. 3½ stars
