Great Series Continuation!
I’m a big fan of the series and this book doesn’t disappoint. In a slightly different style but a nice change

A great new addition to the Bree Taggert series!
I've read all the books in the Bree Taggert series, so I thought I knew what to expect. But I was pleasantly surprised!
I really enjoyed the focus on Dana in this book, as I felt she never got the spotlight she deserved. This book answered some questions I had about her, including her time working in Philly. This book accomplished some much needed character development for both Dana, and Matt's family. The children and dogs always seem to tear at my Heartstrings.
I would have appreciated a little more interaction with returning characters, like Adam for example. Regardless, it was nice to see that there are many important people in Bree's life. People who care about the well-being of herself, and the children.
Usually I try and guess who the killer is, but in this book I couldn't come to a decision. This book succeeded in making sure I kept guessing throughout the whole book. I honestly did not expect the direction that it took.
Overall, I would place this book in my top 5 favorite Melinda Leigh's books. It has a little bit of everything for all to love: romance, mystery, comedy, action, and a bit of horror. I always enjoy hearing different characters thoughts and perspectives, and Melinda Leigh always delivers. I definitely recommend this book if you are caught up on the Bree Taggert series. If you aren't then, here's your sign to start. If this piqued your interest, the first book in the series is called "Cross Her Heart".

Another great Bree Taggert book!
I have read all the books from Bree Taggert series so far and this one is another great one.
Cannot wait to see what happens next.

Worst book ever
Not plausible. Now every single member of the family has been targeted and this book took it further by tossing one character around twice in a life threatening situation. I think it's the author who has the concussion. In the next in the series the only way to go will be to kill the children and that I will not be bothered to find out. These books got worse as the series progressed and this book is as far as I will go with anything by this author. . If this is a true reflection of life in tbe USA thank God I live in Canada.
