Understanding symptoms

To overcome Anxiety and Depression, we need to understand the definitions of those words. It's hard when we experience events that scare us, but with the audiobook, we can get advice to get past the fear and enjoy activities we love. We should not have excessive worries because it affects our mood and our abilities to move forward with confidence. I like the knowledge I am getting from the book, excellent resources.
