A nice, light and comforting experience

I always find comfort in the accurately titled “Chicken Soup for the Soul”. This title didn’t disappoint. A bit corny at times with the typical American Christian flavour at times, but overall, the Hallmark romance addict in me enjoyed it very much. I was at times distracted by the fact that the narrator used a lower voice when “emulating” men... I didn’t think it necessary and made me wince a little but to give her the credit she deserves, she knew how to fill the words with emotions and warmth. I definitely recommend this audiobook if you like the genre.
