MC is someone I wouldn't like to meet in person - childish and talks too much, but author managed to make the book work in first person PoV, making MC sounds adorable and endearing, and there are some fun adventures.

This book is a relief from gritty, morally grey protagonists. It takes a main character who is unquestionably good, and puts her in a dangerous setting WITHOUT making her turn cynical and jaded in the process. the narrator also does a wonderful job with giving characters unique, fun voices.

this story had me grinning like a mad man for rhe entire time I was listening and that closing line was just pure gold. I am excited to hear more from this series!
