Get thinking with Clean

I first learned of this book online and was excited to learn about what it means to be clean. Clean, provides excellent insights from many contributors that are beautifully strung together to present the reader (listener) with a new way to understanding the word “Clean”. That being said, the opportunity to provide a deeper dive into what the author’s personal experiences were when it came to not showering were largely ignored both anecdotally and scientifically. This book is ideal for those that are just entering the door into the concept of clean and should be used as the foundation of what can be explored further on this topic. Overall I do highly recommend this book. Thank you James!

Amazing

What a fantastic book! I learned a lot and loved the writing. This book should be thought in medical humanities.
