Great listen

Lots of valuable information in this book from diet tips to the reasoning of how ppl feel.
I’ve done this cleanse a few times and can’t recommend it enough.
Dr.Jungers phrasing of his book and tone he uses fits great for the listener who may be new or experienced in the cleanse world.
