Story
There are times in life when we look back and feel desperate to make time stand still, especially when unexpected change happens and all we want is for things to go back to how they were. But we can't stop the flow of life, and we can't stop time. And looking back doesn't enable us to go back. It just makes us stuck. In a place. In a space. In a memory. In a mindset. In a habit.

Repetitive 1st Half.
I stopped listening after realizing the first part of the book is extremely repetitive and repeatedly tells you what the book WILL do, but fails to do so in a timely manner. I'm sure the last half is very beneficial, but the start is grueling.

Excellent ideas
Great book and the technique works if you use it and it does take 63 days - but you can change your brain but it takes your mind to do it

All about love.
If you get beyond the dramatics and language in some parts this book has a lot of substance and real good info that can be applied in your life if you listen with an open heart and mind.

Great tool, the neurocycle
Really great book, balanced with research and testimonies to show the results people have had in their lives.
Easy to apply and use regularly to keep our minds healthy. As a counsellor, I can see the benefit of sharing the neurocycle app.

Fundamental mind management for life long success
This book helps me on the daily. I have learned to listen to my feelings and to my mind and to my body and I have learned how to respond in a healthy way. for everything/anything life throws at me, or what people throw at me, This book has given me confidence to harness my emotions and my mind rather than be afraid of them.
I have also gained a much better understanding of the relationship between mind, emotions, feelings, choices, and behavior

Good idea bad execution
The book actually seems helpful if it would stop either repeating itself or stroking the writers ego. GET TO THE POINT.

Incredibly informative and engaging
This book is excellent. The science behind what your mind is, how it differs from your physical brain, what thoughts are and what you can do to literally rewrite your thoughts and emotions has been a revelation. Understanding that thoughts are a physical object that we can manipulate to a cellular level and not just ethereal concepts has completely turned my understanding of trauma, ruminating thought patterns and habit formation on its ear. I am so grateful to have found this incredibly informative book that is packed full of actionable concepts and tangible, science based explanations.

Okay
I didn’t feel that the suggestions were very doable or clear. I didn’t find this helpful to stop ruminating. Also, her voice put me to sleep for some reason and her pronunciation of the word unconscious (a word used a lot!) to sound like
“nunconscious” I found annoying.
