Cannot recommend this enough
I was feeling so lost in all the investment lingo, I needed someone to teach me the basics. Millionaire teacher is great but assumes too much prior knowledge like what is a mutual fund and what is an EFT, what is a stock, a bond? Bola explains everything in an entertaining manner. I slowed her down to 0.90x speed to make sure I had time to understand everything before she moves on. I have also ordered a physical copy of the book so I can refer back to certain sections as needed, and so I can lend it to friends. She includes a little bit about Canadian equivalents at the end of each chapter and how to find equivalents overseas. I feel confident that I can do my own research now and invest in indices on my own after listening to this. I am a 29 year old female living in Canada with no education or example setting from my parents or peers.
